This approach allows us to maintain a dynamic and inclusive culture while offering flexibility of remote work.About The RoleReview daily report from Dyson Service Centers to identify returns receivedIdentify and resolve return discrepanciesAid with cycle count research to identify root causes of inventory overages and shortages and support timely resolutionPerform research in SAP ERP and CRM for unidentified returns in order to determine proper resolution of customer creditProvide daily reporting to management of return processing statusSupport Dyson Service Center (DSC) inventory activity, including plant-to-plant transfers between service centers to balance inventory and support operational needsExecute and monitor SAP stock movements related to DSC transfers, scrap disposition, and inventory adjustmentsSupport the month end close process relating to various inventory transactionsEnsure all DSC inventory transactions are properly documented, reconciled, and closed in SAPBuild and maintain a strong relationship with third party warehouses; effectively communicate to ensure processes are being followed and speed of resolutionCollaborate cross functionally to identify opportunities for improvementBe an organized, detail-oriented individual to ensure all open items are closed outWhen little information is available, thrive on performing research and digging into systems/reports to find the answerPartner with Dyson Service Centers and third-party warehouses to investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate inventory recordsDevelop and recommend improvements to current operating proceduresRelish the opportunity to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the roleSpecial projects and ad hoc analysis as requiredAbout You2+ year’s experience in a corporate environment with specific experience in inventory or supply chain strongly preferredSAP experience requiresExperience with Salesforce strongly preferredIntermediate knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Excel requiredAbility to review and collate large amounts of dataOrganized with the ability to multi-task and circle back on open itemsStrong written and oral communication skillsSpeed in processing SAP transactions while maintaining accuracyDemonstrate follow-through capabilitiesCommitment to hitting deadlinesSelf motivated with the ability to work independentlyAbility to deliver projects in full, on time and to the highest qualityBenefitsAt Dyson, how we reward you is linked to our high-performance culture.
