Occupational Therapist Compensation: $38-49/hr + $20K SOBJob Type: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM-5:00 PM | Full-Time, 40 hrs. | 50% Peds / 50% InpatientA well-established, community-focused rehabilitation center in Ohio is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their dynamic therapy team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work across inpatient and pediatric settings within a collaborative, patient-first environment.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of careDeliver high-quality occupational therapy to help patients achieve maximum functional outcomesProvide care across the full age spectrum - neonate through geriatricTreat orthopedic and neurological conditions in both inpatient and pediatric settings (50/50 split)Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and OT studentsEnsure ongoing compliance with standards of practice, payer regulations, and facility policiesApply critical thinking to deliver safe, high-quality patient careMaintain professional, courteous communication and customer serviceCollaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare team members and departmentsSupport daily operations and data collection within the medical fitness centerQualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited programCurrent, active Ohio Occupational Therapist license (required)Current CPR certification (required)Strong working knowledge of OT practices across inpatient and pediatric settingsExcellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking skillsCommitment to patient safety and professional standards of practiceAbility to work variable days and hours as neededBenefits:$20,000 sign-on bonus with 2-year contractCompetitive base compensationComprehensive medical benefitsMonday-Friday schedule - no weekends
