As the Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following:POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Monitor and provide oversight of Key Performance Indicator responseSupervise a team of Quality TechnicianProvide launch support for Quality ProcessesConduct Internal Audits, including QMS and LPAConduct training on Quality processes and support applicationsAssure compliance and cross reference of the QMS to IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and industry standards, customer specific requirements, and all regulatory requirementsReview companywide quality of corrective action responses and identify opportunities for teaching and coaching, and for system improvementsInvolved in Multi-disciplinary Five Phase Problem Solving Teams that directly drives the company's continuous improvement process and policiesEnforce company policies/procedures and corresponding work instructionsResponsible for torque click inspections and verifying fasteners are in place and in adherence to policyProcessing of scrap for the facilityPerform containment processes in event of quality defectsUse calibrated lab equipment and other tools to verify product characteristics and attributes POSITION REQUIREMENTS:A minimum of a High School Diploma is requiredThird Party Logistics / Warehousing/Distribution experience is highly preferredThree (+) years’ Automotive Supplier or Warehousing/Distribution Operations experience is highly preferredThree (+) years’ required experience with Quality processes to include: PFMEA, APQP, PPAPThree (+) years’ required experience with Compliance and regulatory requirements to include: IATF 16949, ISO 9001Experience with SAP is a plusStrong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteMust have a mechanical aptitude in reference to measuring, gauging, and inspection of partsMust be well versed in error proofingMust have excellent leadership, teamwork, and critical thinking skillsLocation: Spring Hill, TennesseeBenefits/Perks: Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K Match, & PTOCareer development: Opportunity for advancementTraining: Comprehensive training to fuel your growth and success!
