Confezioni Peserico was created in 1962 by Maria Peserico in Cornedo Vicentino, nearby Vicenza in the heart of Veneto, as a small manufacturer specialized in women’s pants.In the early 90’s the collections grew to cover a total look, and the label PESERICO was finally added to our products made exclusively in Italy.Today, the company creates, produces and distributes three different collections: Woman, Man, Aurea.The following is the job description for a Sales Associate including but not limited to the following duties:SalesResponsible for driving sales by achieving sales goals, building and developing client relationships with existing and new clientsReflect the brand image at all times in sales, personal appearance and guidelines set by the companyAble to work in and support a team environmentProvide an excellent customer experience with new and existing customers while maintaining brand standardsClient management and CRMActively participate in managing customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfactionIncrease new client database while maintaining existing relationships with loyal client base in order to promote customer loyaltyManage personal CRM KPIs set by Retail Management, ensuring that the necessary customer data is collected to contribute to the CRM reporting and strategySupport all in store marketing eventsVisualFollows visual merchandising practices and standards, ensuring that the store and the product image are aligned with the Central Visual guidelines for sales floor and window displaysIn partnership with the Management Team and regional visual merchandising team, help support and execute visual merchandising guidelines, practices, and standards to ensure that the store windows, display, product and store image are in line with corporate and HQ guidelinesOperations and proceduresStays aware of all the company procedures, policies and guidelines; follow and execute direction given by leadership by deadline as necessaryFollow security, loss prevention and safety procedures by Company guidelinesAble to perform all aspects of daily duties including and not limited to opening/closing procedures, POS operations, inventory management, bending and climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, shipping, receiving and inventory controlStockSupport the store in the optimization of the stockroom in order to guarantee that the back of house is designed and set up to support the front of the house efficientlyEnsure the care of all the products and materials in the stockroom are upheld to company standards at all timesSupport all activities related to the daily closings, and inventory procedures based on the company guidelines
