Summary Of The RoleThe position is for an Embedded Software Engineer specializing in developing secure embedded processing applications within a classified environment.Responsibilities includedesigning, developing, and maintaining C++ code for embedded systemscreating low-level software interfacing directly with hardware components and communication protocols such as PCIe, SPI, and I2Cconfiguring embedded Linux images, including kernel setup and system bring-up activitiessupporting system integration, debugging, and lab testingmaintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient software deliverycollaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deliver both prototype and production systemsensuring solutions meet high security, reliability, and performance standardsQualifications And SkillsBachelor’s degree in STEM with 2 years’ experience or Master’s degree with no experienceProficiency in C++ and hardware communication protocols (PCIe, SPI, I2C)Experience with embedded Linux image creation and configurationStrong debugging skills at the hardware/software interfaceAbility to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearanceWillingness to work in a classified environment
