Apply now and be part of our award-winning team!Role OverviewWe are looking for a senior Pharma consulting leader with strong expertise in Data & Analytics (D&A) and technology-led transformation. This individual will be part of the Business Consulting Group and will work closely with Account Management and Sales teams to drive consultative client engagement, solutioning, presales, and onsite delivery leadership for strategic Pharma and Consumer Health clients.The ideal candidate should be able to engage credibly with senior client stakeholders and articulate how technology, AI, and data-driven solutions can solve complex business problems across the Pharma Commercial value chain.Key ResponsibilitiesConsultative Sales & Client AdvisoryCollaborate with Sales and Account teams to identify industry gaps, build point of views and actively lead domain centric discussions across Pharma clients (existing and prospects)Act as a strategic advisor during pursuits, helping articulate differentiated value propositions and ROI narrativesLead client-facing consultative discussions, workshops, roadshows and executive presentations.Influence customer decision-making through domain-led solutioning and thought leadership.Build and manage senior executive relationships, act as a primary contact for industry thought leadership, understand business challenges, and align analytics solutions to strategic goalsPresales & Solution LeadershipOwn and lead presales efforts including:Opportunity qualificationSolution developmentProposal creationRFP responsesPOV creation and storytellingProvide outside-in industry perspectives and inside-out capability positioning.Support deal shaping, solution positioning, and executive-level proposal presentationsAct as a strategic advisor during pursuits, helping articulate differentiated value propositions and ROI narrativesDelivery LeadershipLead onsite delivery engagements for strategic clients.
