DescriptionLocation: Mequon, WIShifts: B - Monday-ThursdayWe're looking for a hands-on, people-focused Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team and ensure safe, efficient, high?quality production. This role is critical to meeting customer expectations and upholding commitment to operational excellence.As a Production Supervisor, you'll guide and develop your team, drive performance, and maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.What You'll DoLead and promote a safe work environmentMaintain quality standards and production efficiencyManage staffing, workflow, and daily production reportingCoach, train, and develop team membersCollaborate with other departments and leadershipSupport operations as needed to keep production running smoothlyRequirementsRequires a high school diploma or GED.
