Server, Waiters and Waitresses

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. if you have a passion for food service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Serve food and beverages to guests - Ensure tables are properly set with clean utensils, napkins, and condiments - Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests - Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items - Process payments using POS system and handle cash transactions - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors - Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation Qualification: - Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry preferred (Asian restaurant is an advantage) - Must be able to communicate in English. (Thai Lanuage is an advantage) - Proficient in operating POS systems, such as Square, Toast - Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Basic culinary knowledge to understand menu items and make recommendations - Cash handling experience with accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with kitchen staff and other servers - Can work on weekends and shifts Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
