This role is pivotal in program execution, team operations, and resource management across multiple initiatives supporting Indo-Pacific mission priorities. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong program and operations expertise, proficiency with Deltek Costpoint, and direct professional experience relevant to USINDOPACOM or Indo-Pacific regional efforts.This role requires a leader capable of driving performance, ensuring compliance, and enabling mission success in a dynamic operational environment.What You'll Be DoingLead daily program operations and long-term planning for Indo-Pacific mission requirementsDevelop, manage, and monitor project plans, schedules, deliverables, and performance metricsCoordinate cross-functional activities across mission, operations, finance, and technical teamsEnsure alignment with USINDOPACOM priorities, timelines, and operational objectivesEngage with government stakeholders, senior leadership, and mission partnersCollaborate with the Growth Team to support business development and capture effortsManage program budgets, expenditures, and financial reportingWork with corporate support on contract compliance, subcontracts, procurement, and resource allocationOversee all resource and planning activitiesSupport estimating, pricing, forecasting, and program financial risk managementLead multidisciplinary teams and provide direction, mentoring, and performance managementCoordinate staffing, onboarding, and workforce alignment to mission requirementsServe as a key interface for government client communication and escalation managementDevelop and refine SOPs, workflows, and operational mechanisms to support efficiency and mission deliveryAssess program health, identify risks/issues, and execute mitigation strategiesDrive organizational readiness, mission continuity planning, and operational executionRequired ClearanceMust be a US CitizenMust have an ACTIVE TS/SCI ClearanceWhat Required Skills You'll BringBachelor’s degree in business or a related field20+ years of experience in program or operations leadership supporting DoD or national security customers; Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degreeDirect experience supporting Indo-Pacific/USINDOPACOM missions, such as prior work with USINDOPACOM, PACFLT, PACAF, SOCPAC, MARFORPAC, or other Indo-Pacific defense organizationsRegional security or defense experience related to China, Taiwan, Korea, Pacific Island nations, or Southeast AsiaProven track record managing complex government programs and cross-functional teamsProficiency with Deltek Costpoint (labor accounting, WBS tracking, program financials, invoicing)Experience with federal contracting, financial reporting, and complianceWhat Desired Skills You'll BringMaster’s degree preferredPMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certificationExperience supporting INDOPACOM theater exercises, contingency planning, force posture, or theater engagement programsFamiliarity with J-codes, GCC operations, and Indo-Pacific command structuresStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsExperience with Agile program managementSecurity Clearance RequirementAn active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
