Today, we stand proud as one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of high-quality suspension kits and off-road accessories, catering to the needs of off-road and outdoor enthusiasts worldwide.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSLoads and unloads the forming machine with appropriate materials to facilitate forming requirements using the ovenReads and interprets work instructions, and any other related documentation to determine methods and sequence of operations, and dimensional and finish specificationsPerforms deburring, sanding, and grinding operations necessary to meet specificationsCuts/trims plastic pieces as necessary using hand routers or a band sawInspects each part to ensure quality standardsMonitors the machine for any mechanical problemsCompletes all necessary paperwork and enters computer production information; cycle times, daily production numbers, scrapCan advance to completing setup and changeover procedures of the molds and fixturesTroubleshoot and adjust equipment to ensure quality standardsFollow all clean-up and housekeeping proceduresComply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulationsOther duties may be assigned as necessaryREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBasic skills in reading, writing, and arithmetic are necessaryAbility to follow detailed work instructionsBasic computer understandingKnowledge of machineryEmployees doing set-ups and Changeovers must have a strong mechanical aptitude and extensive knowledge and experience of using various hand and power toolsPREFERRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experiencePrevious machine operations experience preferredExperience in Injection molding or vacuum forming is a plus.Work LocationNewbern, TNRough Country is a Drug-Free WorkplaceRough Country LLC is an opportunity employer that values and appreciates hard work and professional dedication and rewards its team with a compensation package that includes benefits.
