Electrician

Position: Machine Tool ElectricianSchedule: Day Shift and Night Shift, 8-10 hours a day, 5-6 days a week.Location: Auburn Hills, MIWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Tool Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will work independently with minimal supervision, performing a wide range of electrical tasks in a machine tool manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical wiring of machinery and control panels from schematics and bill of materialsWire and install:Communication blocks and Ethernet systemsAuxiliary power, robots, and safety circuits480V and 24V electrical systemsTie in tools and complete final dressing to controlsInstall temporary power and bend/install conduitPrepare tools with I/O blocks, DeviceNet, cable trays, and duct workVerify, tag, and run cords per customer and job specificationsPerform electrical inspections using standard checklistsFollow manufacturing instructions and communicate effectively with leadership and other skilled trades
