As a Tooling & Inventory Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our customers' manufacturing operations by ensuring their tool and MRO vending systems are fully stocked, functional, and reliable.We provide training to help you confidently install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial vending machines located at customer facilities. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Inventory & LogisticsMaintain accurate inventory levels across customer vending machinesReplenish stock based on usage data and customer demandPick, pack, and prepare products for delivery or restockingReceive, sort, and organize incoming materialsTechnical Support (Training Provided)Set up, program, and troubleshoot industrial vending machinesMonitor machine performance remotely and resolve issuesPerform onsite installation, maintenance, and repairs as needed Customer SupportRespond to service requests and create/log service ticketsCommunicate with customer teams in a professional and timely mannerCoordinate with sales and account teams to improve service and product offerings Experience and SkillsThis position is a strong fit if you:Have experience in inventory, warehouse, or tool crib environmentsEnjoy hands-on work with some technical troubleshootingAre comfortable working independently and managing your own scheduleLike a mix of physical work and customer interactionWant to grow within an industrial, supply chain, or technical service role Required QualificationsAge 21+ (company vehicle use)Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordHigh School Diploma or GEDBasic computer skills (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Teams) Preferred ExperienceInventory management, warehouse, or stock control experienceExperience in manufacturing, industrial supply, or machine shop environmentsFamiliarity with tools, PPE, or MRO productsExperience with inventory systems, ERP, or vending/VMI platformsField service or route-based work experience What Success Looks LikeYou keep machines fully stocked and running without issuesCustomers trust you and rely on your responsivenessYou stay organized and handle multiple priorities effectivelyYou solve problems quickly with minimal supervision Additional DetailsTravel: ~20% (local, using company vehicle)Work Environment: Combination of warehouse, field service, and customer sitesThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
