About the job CNC Operator/Set up CNC Set-Up Technician 2nd ShiftAre you an experienced CNC Set-Up Technician looking for a company where your skills matter and where theres room to grow? Our client, a global leader in precision metal components, is seeking a skilled technician to join their 2nd shift operations. Shift: 2nd ShiftPay- $26-$28 per hourWhat Youll Be Doing:Set up CNC machines with the proper tooling, and materials Troubleshoot and resolve issues with programming or machining Collaborate with engineers and team leads to optimize performance Conduct inspections and ensure equipment is properly maintained What You Bring to the Team:4-6 years of CNC Set-Up or related machining experience Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and G-code Knowledge of GD&T is a plus (datums, control frames, tolerances, etc.) Comfortable with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment knowledge of using precision measuring tools About the Opportunity:This is a full-time, direct hire position with a company that has been innovating in advanced materials for over 100 years and continue to invest in skilled talent and modern technology to lead the industry.
