Certification Details BLS License/Certificate Verification Job Details Position: MRI Technician Job Title: SMMC_MRI Tech Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, holiday with every other weekend off, shift from 3 PM to 11:30 PM Job Requirements American Heart Association BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel License/Certificate Verification must be dated within 30 days of start Specialty exam must be completed within a year Schedule Information Monday to Friday Holiday with every other weekend off Shift hours: 3 PM to 11:30 PM Additional Details Must attach scanned copies of certifications and verifications to candidate's record in TrinityVMS Drug screening (Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen) must be completed within 30 days of start Various professional and personal health history forms and verifications required, including Trinity Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Motor Vehicle Report, and others Proof of vaccinations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella required or declination/exemption with agency letterhead Physical/Health Statement required within the last year Criminal background checks and other screenings must be dated within 30 days of start Trinity Skills Checklist and Specialty Specific Competency Testing required
