Digital Photography Technician

Photo Studio Little Rock, AR Dillard’s is seeking a Digital Photography Technician to work with our Photo Studio team The ideal candidate is a driven, goal-oriented professional with an impeccable work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to execute the best work possible; must take direction and critique gracefully while working effectively with a diverse group of individuals. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains a strong knowledge of Dillard’s brand and creative standards. Ensures that work produced meets these standards Operates photography platform to capture on-figure imagery Understands the overall workflow of the studio and the need for timeliness throughout the production process Works in tandem with garment fitter/stylist to facilitate an efficient workflow on set Scans paperwork for each item being photographed Reviews images as they are photographed and communicates needed styling adjustments to the stylist Addresses any post-production needs Uploads imagery to Asset Manager Organizes digital file assets Assists in other areas of the operation as needed REQUIRED SKILLS Knowledge of digital photography Excellent communication skills Self-starter Deadline-oriented Understands visual presentation with an attention to detail Ability to work very quickly without sacrificing the overall image quality Strong organizational skills Passion for fashion is a must Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google platforms MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 1 Year DESIRED SKILLS Associate Degree in Visual Art or Business-related field Retail work experience Experience with Capture One Software About Us Dillard's was founded by William T.
