Electrical Engineer – System Validation | 4–8 YearsWe are seeking an Electrical Engineer with strong Component Engineering experience in consumer electronics, wearables, or hardware manufacturing. NPI experience from prototype to mass production is a plus.Key Responsibilities & Skills:Electronic Component Engineering – component selection, qualification, datasheet interpretation, and lifecycle/EOL management.Perform BoM scrubs, alternate component qualification, and Change Impact Analysis (CIA).Create and execute ECOs including schematics, PCB layouts, CAD models, and validation plans.Experience with Altium, Cadence, OrCAD, or equivalent tools.Hardware/firmware integration and embedded systems validation.Perform 8D Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, 5-Why, and Fishbone.Knowledge of IPC-2221/2222, IPC-A-610, IPC-7351, J-STD-001 standards.Experience with PLM/PDM, change management, DFM/DFT.Collaborate with Design, Quality, Manufacturing, Firmware, and Software teams.
