By joining the team, the successful candidate will benefit from:A diverse and inclusive international environment with strong global exposureContinuous learning and career development opportunitiesThe chance to work on high-impact, strategic financial initiativesA culture centered on innovation, collaboration, and operational excellenceA healthy work-life balanceKey ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic finance partner, supporting business decisions through insights and analysisPrepare and analyze monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) ensuring accuracy and consistencyLead quarterly rolling forecasting processes, including financial and operational KPIsMonitor cost control, identify variances, and recommend corrective actionsDevelop investment proposals and business casesDrive process improvements, automation, and efficiencies in financial reportingDeliver data-driven presentations and reports to the CFO, Managing Director, and senior leadershipCollaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial performance and streamline processesSupport key projects such as staffing analysis, contract evaluations, and negotiationsEnsure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policiesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.5+ years of experience in mid level management finance role, preferably within port operations or the container/logistics industry.Strong financial acumen with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or Python is an advantage.Solid knowledge of IFRS (mandatory).Experience with financial systems (e.g., IFS, Hyperion) is a plus.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into business insights.Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.Experience supporting Lean or continuous improvement initiatives.Lean-minded: we are looking for someone who brings a strong mindset of continuous improvement – someone who is naturally curious, committed to solving problems at the root, and driven to make things better every day.Job Type: Full TimeSalary: 130,000.00 to 150,000.00Benefits: Full time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k MatchThe above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
