Apply here for your next career!Academy of Art University is seeking an AOS Technical Operations and Project Lead to work a Hybrid position in the San Francisco Bay Area. This position works closely with the Vice President, Admissions Operations and the Manager, Admissions Operations Support to lead daily business operations and data/application processing needs throughout Admissions business day.Responsibilities:Lead data processing and workflow optimization projects from documentation, scheduling, delegation, and testing.Liaise with IT and other technical resource support in meeting project goals and rollout deadlinesDelegate and lead project tasks based on team members' individual strengths, skill set and experience levelTrack project progress, post go-live performance and successful completion of short- and long-term goalsLead accurate execution and delivery of specific recurring reports (i.e. Gross Applications, Registrations, YOY data comparison, etc.)Assist with daily tracking, reporting, and ongoing quality assurance checks and measures of ongoing data updates of student information, along with specific QA/reporting needs per time of year.Effectively execute system audits and analyses; Recommend creation of strategic quality assurance system queries and effortsEffectively lead Admissions Acuity and Web Form Appointment flow, ensuring daily appointment availability and cap are in sync with Admissions Specialists' work schedule.Collaborate with department leadership to ensure all University and Admissions programs data processes are accurately and timely planned and executed. Examples are but not limited to:Domestic and International Admissions Scholarships, Art Educator Scholarship ProgramSalesforce Campaign Data set up and managementUGRD, GRAD, and Pre-College Art and Design Experience Application Data and Workflow needsOpen House and other event RSVP tracking and results (QA and Reporting)Work side-by-side with AOS Management Team to monitor and manage all aspects of service levels optimization and all other quality assurance standardsServe as backup for other AOS Technical and Database partners on reporting, operations, and project needsEffectively address operations and data issue resolution, recommend and lead stop gap and long-term solutionsPartner with Department Manager in leading onsite and offsite Admissions Events / Open House real time data updates, application processing, tracking and timely results reportingSupport and serve as AOS Manager's back up in leading all aspects of streamlined communication and daily operation needs for the departmentSupport VP of Admissions Operations in effectively executing ad hoc data reporting preparations and documentation.Qualifications:Experience leveraging data for detailed reports to Senior ManagementProved success leading data processing utilizing platforms like SalesforceDesire to continuously improve and receive feedback and coaching from MangersStrong attention to detail whilemeticulously ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high quality in tasksAbility to summarize, analyze and explore large datasetsExperience creating relationships between different data tables using Data Analysis ExpressionsProficient in Excel including Pivot table and VLOOKUPA Bachelor's degree - is preferredDesire to work with a variety of employees with varied backgroundsBenefits:Academy of Art University offers full-time employees health insurance, 401k options, paid vacation based on years of service (15 days' accrual at start), paid holidays, paid sick leave and a commuter benefit program.
