Assistant Project Manager II (MEPF)

The Assistant Project Manager (MEPF) oversees the technical scope, cost, schedule, and performance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems and building infrastructure throughout the design and construction phases. This role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of design coordination, installation, and turnover plans. Additionally, the APM proactively manages risks associated with MEPF system installation, startup, and potential operational impacts on existing facilities.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary technical liaison for MEPF systemsManage MEPF design scope and ensure alignment with operational requirementsAssist with estimation and bidding processEffectively communicate project progress to key stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent10+years' of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure (airport preferred)Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing and utilities, fire protection/life safety systems, building automation and controls.
