Financial Analyst Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 base + bonus Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid) Overview A private equity–backed organization is hiring a Financial Analyst to join a lean, hands-on finance team. This role is ideal for a public accounting professional looking to transition into corporate finance and gain direct exposure to senior leadership, strategic initiatives, and business operations. The Financial Analyst will move beyond compliance-focused work and into forward-looking analysis, partnering closely with leadership to support decision-making in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Why This Role Is a Strong Exit from Public Accounting Direct access to the Director of Finance, VP of Finance, and CFO Opportunity to shift from historical reporting to strategic, forward-looking analysis Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and operational decision support Private equity environment with a strong focus on performance and value creation Finance leadership with public accounting and large-company backgrounds Clear development path beyond traditional entry-level analyst work Key Responsibilities Build and maintain financial models supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning Analyze financial and operational performance and translate findings into actionable insights Support pricing decisions, bid analysis, and RFP-related financial modeling Assist with annual budget preparation and periodic forecast updates Develop dashboards and management reporting to improve financial visibility Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership Support ad hoc analysis and projects tied to growth initiatives and operational improvement Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 1–2 years of experience in public accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance Public accounting background strongly preferred (Audit, Advisory, or Transaction Services) Strong financial modeling, analytical, and Excel skills Experience working with budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and explain financial drivers Exposure to high-growth or private equity–backed companies is a plus Experience with ERP systems and tools such as Power BI is a plus Work Environment Hybrid work schedule Fast-paced setting with increased activity during budgeting cycles and time-sensitive projects Collaborative finance team with strong leadership support and visibility This Financial Analyst role is well suited for a public accounting professional seeking broader business exposure, increased ownership, and the opportunity to directly influence financial and strategic decisions within a growing organization. #LI-EM2 #INMAY2026
