Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 base + bonus Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)
Overview
A private equity–backed organization is hiring a Financial Analyst to join a lean, hands-on finance team. This role is ideal for a public accounting professional looking to transition into corporate finance and gain direct exposure to senior leadership, strategic initiatives, and business operations.
The Financial Analyst will move beyond compliance-focused work and into forward-looking analysis, partnering closely with leadership to support decision-making in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
Analyze financial and operational performance and translate findings into actionable insights
Support pricing decisions, bid analysis, and RFP-related financial modeling
Assist with annual budget preparation and periodic forecast updates
Develop dashboards and management reporting to improve financial visibility
Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership
Support ad hoc analysis and projects tied to growth initiatives and operational improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
1–2 years of experience in public accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance
Public accounting background strongly preferred (Audit, Advisory, or Transaction Services)
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and Excel skills
Experience working with budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and explain financial drivers
Exposure to high-growth or private equity–backed companies is a plus
Experience with ERP systems and tools such as Power BI is a plus
