Financial Analyst Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 base + bonus Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid) Overview A private equity–backed organization is hiring a Financial Analyst to join a lean, hands-on finance team. This role is ideal for a public accounting professional looking to transition into corporate finance and gain direct exposure to senior leadership, strategic initiatives, and business operations. The Financial Analyst will move beyond compliance-focused work and into forward-looking analysis, partnering closely with leadership to support decision-making in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
