A commitment to following management direction and executing client initiatives is essential.RequirementsResponsibilitiesDisplay, merchandise, and maintain live plant products in large garden center environmentsTrain and support other associates on procedures, displays, and proper watering practicesEngage with customers and provide assistance as neededWork across multiple store locations when requiredCollaborate effectively with store personnel to ensure smooth operationsMaintain regular communication with the Team Lead and promptly report any special requests or needsEssential DutiesReliable transportation with a clean driving recordAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditionsSaturday work is required as part of the role.
