Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a well-established Gastroenterology group in the Washington, DC/Baltimore Metro area in recruiting additional Gastroenterologists. This group has been thriving for over 20 years, remains fully independent (non-private equity), and is expanding due to strong patient demand. Practice Details: Join a highly collaborative group with 14 Gastroenterologists and 10 APPs No call - strong focus on work-life balance Hospital coverage only first year: 2 days/month (scoping only, no consults or inpatient visits); 2nd year drops to 1 day/month Compensation model: 500-600K Guaranteed 1st year income Once fully ramped, make between 700K-1 Million, demonstrated.
