Need Process ENGINEER WITH Food Safey, GMP Standards

Needs to have a min of 5 years of Food Safey, GMP Standards and understands how to apply global food engineering standardsAbout the RoleAs part of the Global Engineering Team, the primary purpose of this position is to manage the end-to-end delivery of Capex in the New Century manufacturing plant in accordance to client Group standards and best industry practices and provide Project Management Governance for seamless execution. The expected annual Capex spend for this role is in the €5-20 million range. The individual in the role will be an active member of the Global taskforces, pursue Low Cost Capital solutions and will closely interact with vendors & other regions for new developments and lift & shift opportunities. Partnering with the Supply Chain and Manufacturing Teams, the role will ensure all Capex Projects are delivered on time, in full, and within budget in accordance with the client Project Delivery Framework and best industry practices.What You'll Do Lead the execution of allocated Engineering projects in the New Century (Kansas) and Brantford (Ontario, Canada) PlantsLead allocated plant transformation projects, brownfields projects, business continuity, value creation, and decarbonization projectsConduct Assessments and generate order-of-magnitude costing to provide project feasibility insightsDirect the change management process for Capex projects and ensure that all impacts, aspects, and risks are managedLead project planning and project executionIdentify and lead the end-to-end implementation of value-creating manufacturing initiatives that require Capital ExpenditureCollaborate with the Factory Director and Maintenance teams to deliver step-changing Engineering Improvements and support OEE Improvement Plans to debottleneckDevelop complete scope, URS documents, and Capital Appropriation Requests for all Key and assigned projects, including Value Creation, Business Continuity, and Decarbonization projectsPlanning and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Civils, Capex projects, and capitalized maintenance of Plant and EquipmentCollaborates with Global Engineering SMEEs for front-end and detail design for projects and ensures alignment with client Engineering standardsCollaborates with the P&I team to ensure that all innovation and renovation projects are delivered on time and in fullResponsible and accountable for cost management, schedule control, and procurement activities for key and assigned projects – to achieve On-Time, In-Full, and on Budget for 100% of assigned projectsCollaborates with Procurement in the running of a closed tender processEnsure strict adherence to client policies throughout the project lifecycleEnsure a collaborative approach to project management to ensure all stakeholders' input is taken into considerationEnsure a proactive approach in tracking Capital cashout to ensure all potential risks are timeously flaggedFlexibility to travel to ensure Project Delivery is in line with business and stakeholders' expectationsEstablish the budget, track variances, and manage risks for the respective area through work with Finance and Key StakeholdersIdentify Value Creation projects to create savings opportunities, validate with finance, seek and attain buy-in for these projects, build a budget with other functions, realize and track savingsAbout YouTertiary Qualification in Engineering: Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Process, Mechanical, Electrical EngineeringMust come from a food and beverage backgroundExcellent Project Management SkillsGood knowledge of Food Safety and GMP StandardsAt least 7 years of experience in a technical FMCG Engineering environment5+ years of project management experienceExperience in understanding & applying global Industry Engineering standards, process technologies, project methodologies & specifications.General knowledge of food/beverage process and packaging technologiesAbility to work independently and within a team environment, and cultivate strong working relationships across the organizationExemplary interpersonal skills with the ability to influence the technical community within the organization over a wide cultural geographyTeam player, self-motivating, able to deal with high levels of uncertainty & complexity, cultural sensitivity in responding to different culturesAbility to lead multiple projects simultaneously, operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and changing environment, and effectively establish and react to changing priorities.Reporting Channel, Contacts, and TravelThis role is part of the Global Engineering Team, reporting directly to the Global Engineering DirectorInternal: Global Engineering Teams, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and procurement teamsTravel to all client sites in the US (Kansas) and Canada, and to third-party manufacturing partners in the region when needed.
