Go to our website at: www.goodwillswmi.orgJob Duties include but are not limited to:Demonstrate excellence in customer serviceWork with team members to meet and exceed established sales goals through service, production, merchandising and accurate business practicesMaintain proper in-store stock levels of merchandise and stock rotation, and report any variancesKnow and demonstrate all aspects of cash handling proceduresTrain team members in proper proceduresFollow all safety guidelines and proceduresPerform any additional duties as assigned by managementQualifications include but are not limited to:Demonstrated competence in interpersonal relations, leadership and problem solvingDemonstrated experience in cash handlingStrong reading, writing, speaking and communication skillsStrong mathematics skills related to retail operationsAbility to train and explain processes to othersAbility to motivate self and othersPrevious team leadership experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be able to lift 35 pounds repeatedly, reaching, bending, twisting; extended periods spent standingMust be able to work a variety of hours in order to close or open the storeMust have a reliable vehicle in order to conduct required off-site agency business on an occasional basisMust possess a valid motor vehicle operator licenseMust pass a pre-employment drug screen and theft-related background check
