Contract1099, W2, C2CWe have partnered with our client in the search for a People Systems Business Program Manager to oversee the implementation of UKG people systems while ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish. This position will collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and vendors, serving as the main link between the company and the implementation partner.Job Type Contract (12+ months)Work Location Fully Remote in the USResponsibilitiesOversee the HRIS implementation of UKG (formerly UltiPro) modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Workforce Analytics.Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Develop project plans, set goals, budgets, and schedules, and track milestones, collaborating with leaders and the implementation partner.Accountable for the overall delivery of complex, cross-functional business programs and projects, including scope, schedule, and communication management.Cultivate strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors for seamless communication and collaboration.Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.Serve as the primary liaison between the company and implementation partners, providing regular status updates on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.Establish proactive measures to identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure project success and reduce disruptions.Ensure that project activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.Participate in Project Leadership and Steering Committee meetings, contributing to the development and sustainability of Project Management best practices, templates, policies, and tools.Manage vendor partnerships and agreements to ensure that deliverables meet project requirements and company standards.Skills and ExperienceDegree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; or equivalent background and experience.8+ years of project management experience, including HRIS implementations with UKG.Restaurant or Hospitality industry experience.Experience with UKG modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Workforce Analytics.Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and the company's best interests.Proven success managing multiple concurrent business projects, utilizing project management skills, principles, theories, and concepts.Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with advanced Microsoft skills.Effective communication and relationship-building abilities to collaborate successfully with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring cooperation and task fulfillment.Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and lead others.Exceptional organizational, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, adaptable to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
