This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and positioning the company as a leader in its space.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to support aggressive revenue growth and market expansion.Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM), B2B Lead Generation, and Partner Marketing initiatives.Oversee branding, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for a complex portfolio of B2B products and solutions.Lead and grow a high-performing marketing teamCollaborate closely with multiple departments including Sales, Product, and Executive leadership.Manage Marketing P&L, measure ROI, and continuously optimize campaigns for performance.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with key partners (up to 25% travel).Qualifications10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership role overseeing a team.Strong expertise in B2B lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and partner marketing.Experience managing multi-brand portfoliosSuccessful track record building/scaling high-performing marketing teams.Ability to travel up to 25% of the timeLocal to Miami/Fort Lauderdale area (or open to relocate)Ascendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
