The company is scaling rapidly and already serves hundreds of customers globally. As they continue to expand, they’re looking for a Product Manager to define, build, and scale the core product experiences powering their AI platform. We’re specifically seeking someone with a founder’s mindset—either a former founder or a Product Manager / Head of Product from a growth-stage B2B startup (Series B–F). This person should be comfortable operating in ambiguity, owning product end-to-end, and driving both strategy and execution in a fast-moving environment. The Role This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you will shape critical parts of an AI-native product from the ground up. You won’t just manage a roadmap — you’ll define what gets built, why it matters, and how it all comes together into a cohesive user experience. You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market, working closely with a fast-moving team to bring new ideas to life and ship quickly. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants to build category-defining AI products. Key Responsibilities Own product areas end-to-end, from ideation through launch and iteration Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key initiatives Design AI-native workflows where users interact seamlessly with intelligent systems Collaborate closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable features Translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear product directions and priorities Engage deeply with users to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities Drive execution at high velocity, balancing speed with thoughtful decision-making Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate based on data and feedback Ensure product consistency and cohesion across different surfaces and features Must-Have Requirements (in order of importance) 4–8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technical products Proven track record of shipping high-impact products (0→1 and/or scaling) Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical products xywuqvp Ability to start by May 2026 Startup experience (comfortable with speed, ownership, and evolving priorities) Nice to Have Experience building AI/ML-powered products or working on AI-native workflows Background in developer tools, data platforms, or complex systems Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product metrics Experience designing workflow-based or multi-surface products Exposure to go-to-market strategy or growth-focused product work Why This Role Join a YC-backed company at a pivotal stage of growth High ownership with direct impact on product and company trajectory Work on cutting-edge AI systems shaping how humans interact with software Collaborate with a fast-moving, product-driven team solving complex problems
