In this position you will be responsible for supporting large group (101+) sales and service operations, including preparing quotes, coordinating onboarding activities, managing eligibility files, and ensuring accurate benefit configuration and implementation across internal teams. Take a peek at the key details below and apply today!***CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN OREGON, WASHINGTON, IDAHO, UTAH, OR NORTH DAKOTA***As Large Group Coordinator, you will:Support new and renewing large group accounts through quoting and onboarding processesReview benefit plans, contracts, and documentation for accuracy and completenessCoordinate with underwriting, sales, membership, and other internal teamsPrepare quote materials and client-facing documentationManage eligibility files and ensure proper formatting for system uploadsTrack timelines, deliverables, and onboarding milestonesAssist with benefit configuration and customization requestsSupport implementation calls and communication with internal and external stakeholdersMonitor workflows to ensure timely and accurate processingTroubleshoot issues related to onboarding, eligibility, and system setupWho we’re searching for / About you:2+ years of experience in healthcare, benefits administration, or insurance operationsExperience working with group benefits, eligibility, or enrollment processesBackground in a brokerage, health plan, or related environment preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with MS Office tools (Excel especially)Strong communication and organizational skillsWe know that experience is gathered in many ways.
