Inside Sales Executive

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive / Inside Sales Representative Work Mode: Hybrid Experience: 4+ Years Tools: Salesforce CRM About the Role We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing the sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with outbound calling, follow-ups, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls and follow up with inbound leads to generate and qualify sales opportunities. Manage and update leads, opportunities, and sales activities in Salesforce CRM. Work closely with the field sales / account management team to close deals. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products or solutions. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline data. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead nurturing and conversions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-ups. Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2B Sales. Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM (mandatory). Exposure to USA or international clients (mandatory). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in cold calling, lead qualification, and pipeline management. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM reporting. Graduate in any discipline (MBA – Sales/Marketing preferred). Good to Have Experience in B2B sales, IT services, SaaS, or consulting sales. Understanding of sales metrics and funnel management.
