The Associate Estimator plays an important role supporting project and maintenance proposal creation to clearly communicate the scope of work to clients as well as specific instructions to production crews. The ideal candidate would have most of these skills, but we will train the right candidate!

Training & Development opportunities
Essential Functions
Collaboration with the Senior Project Estimator to provide pricing for clients.
Utilizing CAD based software programs for design and measurement purposes.
Estimates costs of material, equipment, and production.
Read landscape plans and create takeoffs.
Create proposals in a standard format and with all applicable terms, conditions, and warranties.
Work with construction companies to provide important contract documents including submittals, insurance certificates, bonds, etc.
Process sold contracts.
Desired Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Prior office experience
Organization and Time Management skills
Advanced computer skills including MS Office
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Attention to detail
Mathematics proficiency
Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software preferred.
