Architectural Design & StrategySolutioning: Lead the end-to-end architecture of Experience Cloud sites, selecting between LWR and Aura templates based on performance and SEO requirements.Security & Identity: Design robust security models using External Identity, SSO, Account Relationship Data Sharing, and Apex Managed Sharing.Governance: Define branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines for Experience Cloud metadata deployments. 2. Technical Development (Hands-on Leadership)Advanced LWC: Build modular, high-performance Lightning Web Components optimized for the Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) framework.Personalization: Implement Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS to deliver personalized customer experiences.Process Automation: Design sophisticated workflows using Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex for high-volume external user transactions. 3. Data & AI IntegrationData Cloud Integration: Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud to surface unified customer profiles and create a 360-degree customer experience.API Management: Develop and maintain integrations with ERP systems, AWS, Marketing Cloud, and other external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and Named Credentials. 4. Leadership & MentorshipCode Review: Enforce coding standards to ensure scalability, maintainability, and governor limit compliance.Stakeholder Management: Present technical roadmaps to executive leadership and translate business requirements into technical user stories. Required Skills10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.5+ years of experience as a Lead Salesforce Developer.
