Backed by Khosla Ventures and led by industry pioneers from companies such as; PayPal, Square, and Cash App, we are well positioned to build the future of inclusive finance through cutting-edge technology and customer-centric solutions.About The RoleWe’re hiring an AI Acceleration Lead to own how AI becomes part of how every team at Credit Genie works. You’ll sit at the intersection of program management, learning & development, and applied AI — partnering with our Director of AI and Business Systems Lead to take the foundation we’ve built and grow it into a sustainable, high-impact function. We already have AI tools in place, a culture ready to adopt them, and early infrastructure in place. What we need now is someone to run with it: building a long-term program that drives real behavior change, developing the content and experiences that move teams from baseline proficiency to function-specific mastery, and configuring the tools and workflows that remove friction. You’ll leave every team more capable than you found them. This role is for someone who thrives owning programs, not just delivering projects — someone who can design a workshop in the morning, build an automation playbook in the afternoon, own a roadmap, and show leadership what it’s all worth. What You’ll DoEnablement & Program OwnershipOwn the evolution of our AI Enablement program — from establishing baseline AI proficiency across every team to developing advanced, function-specific use cases in engineering, sales, ops, marketing, CS, and beyond.Design and deliver enablement experiences that meet people where they are: structured onboarding, workshops, async self-serve resources, and ongoing education pathways.Cultivate a network of AI champions within each team who can sustain and extend adoption without depending on you.Build and maintain an internal library of prompts, playbooks, guides, and templates that teams can self-serve from.Create and continuously iterate on enablement content for both technical and non-technical audiences.Strategy & ExecutionPartner with the Director of AI and Business Systems Lead to translate AI strategy into a concrete, prioritized execution roadmap.Embed with teams to identify high-leverage opportunities for AI integration, then own the solution from design through adoption.Define and track adoption metrics, productivity gains, and ROI across AI initiatives — and use that data to improve.Contribute to governance and responsible AI use frameworks as AI becomes more deeply embedded across the organization.Stay current on the AI tooling landscape and bring opinionated, timely recommendations to the team.Build & ConfigureDesign, configure, and iterate on AI workflows and automations that solve real business problems across functions — no-code and low-code tools are your primary toolkit.Evaluate and implement AI tooling across the company — from identifying candidates to running pilots to making the call.Build reusable AI components, prompt chains, and workflow templates that teams can extend themselves.Collaborate with our engineering team and Business Systems Lead when solutions require a deeper technical lift.RequiredWhat We’re Looking For5–8 years of experience in program management, enablement, learning & development, or a closely related field — with at least 2 years focused on AI adoption, digital transformation, or technology enablement initiatives.Proven track record of designing and running programs that drive measurable, sustained behavior change — not just one-off training events.Strong facilitation skills: you can design and lead workshops that actually change how people work, for audiences ranging from front-line teams to senior leadership.Demonstrated success driving technology adoption with non-technical stakeholders — you understand change management, not just tool capability.Hands-on with AI tools: you use them daily, understand their capabilities and limitations, and can translate that into practical guidance for others across all skill levels.Comfortable configuring no-code/low-code automations, building prompt workflows, and evaluating AI tooling — you don’t need to be an engineer, but you need to get your hands dirty.Excellent communicator: equally effective in a 1:1 coaching conversation, a team workshop, and a metrics readout to leadership.Self-directed and autonomous — you can build a program from the ground up and know how to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.Nice to HaveBackground in instructional design, adult learning principles, or change management methodologies.Experience at a growth-stage startup where you’ve had to build programs from scratch with limited resources.Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) and enterprise AI tooling (Glean, Notion AI, etc.).Coaching certification or experience designing structured learning journeys. Background in revenue enablement, solutions consulting, or internal consulting.Benefits And PerksOur goal is to provide a comprehensive offering of benefits and perks that promote better financial, mental, and physical wellness. We believe working alongside each other in person is the best way to build a great product and foster a strong company culture.
