In addition, you will be instrumental in the annual business planning processes, influencing operational-strategy roadmaps and process improvement planning in support of current and long-term business plans. You will work directly with corporate retail account teams both locally and nationally to help set the operational process and measure the overall execution of Samsung's success. You should exhibit a proven ability to convey complex ideas in simple, effective ways that influence, inform and educate audiences at all levels in the organization. You will interact with Executive Leadership across Samsung, globally and within cross functional areas, to help move Samsung's retail experience forward. This will include being a fierce advocate for the team, driving repeatability, stability, and intuitiveness into everything we do, so that they can focus on serving consumers instead of trying to use inefficient tools/processes.
