Technical Program Manager

NikSoft Systems Corporation seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead a large federal IT program. This fully remote role requires programmatic leadership, technical oversight, and risk management for a multi-platform enterprise environment.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary government point of contactOversee contract execution, resource management, and risk mitigationCoordinate engineering tasks and ensure compliance with standardsReport progress to senior leadership and government executivesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (required); Master’s preferred12+ years in IT program/project management; 7+ years managing large federal IT programsExperience with cloud, enterprise integration, identity management, content management, hosting, and databasesDesired certifications: PMP, CISSP, SAFe Agilist, ITIL, AWS/Azure/SalesforceUS Citizenship and ability to pass a government background check required
