We serve institutional and high net‑worth investors and are seeking experienced Investment Bankers (Analyst through Managing Director level) with origination experience in the micro / small‑cap Life Sciences and TMT Sector. The position is located in our New York City office. Responsibilities Originating corporate finance and advisory transactions. Researching companies and industries. Cover the given universe of companies. Performing financial analysis, due diligence, management team interviews, and spreadsheet modeling. Preparing and producing commitment committee memos and presenting transactions for review and approval. Producing relative valuation comparisons that can support investment recommendations. Attending industry conferences and developing a professional network of corporate and trade contacts within your industry sector. Setting up and hosting deal and non‑deal roadshows, conference calls and headquarters visits for institutional clients with companies within your coverage universe and industry sector. Requirements Investment Banking transaction origination experience at the senior or associate level. Deep understanding of company fundamentals, accounting and corporate finance concepts. Ability to deliver clear and concise advisory services. In‑depth understanding of factors that affect company and industry fundamentals. Superior quantitative and analytical skills, and a propensity to be hands‑on and detail oriented. Strong spreadsheet modeling skills. Series 7, 63, 79 licenses.
