Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager As a Business Development Manager your primary purpose is to liaise with healthcare organizations, Physicians, and clients on healthcare-related issues, of which the majority are related to claims and Physician participation. To ensure success, you should be highly organized, self-motivated, and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: · Generates positive community awareness of the organization, its mission and impact, and strengthens its brand and reputation with referral sources and the community we serve. · Develops and strengthens relationships with existing and potential healthcare partners within the community to expand the company’s reach and volume of services provided. · Initiating and maintaining effective channels of communication with healthcare partners through office visits, telephone calls, text messages, emails, prompt resolution of issues, and excellent customer service. · Conducting in-services and presentations to train valued existing and potential healthcare partners and their teams on services we provide and how we can collaboratively work together. · Managing accounts to achieve company strategies and goals. · Expands the profile and reach of the organization and its brand with a team approach to assist in the continued growth of the company. · Collaborating with the region/team to establish objectives by forecasting and developing quarterly marketing plans. · Evaluate existing business development efforts with the goal of building on what works and pivoting when needed. Requirements: · A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or equivalent. · A minimum of 2 years' experience in client services, Physician relations and referrals. · Experience in Wound Care Industry highly preferred · Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word. · Ability to work independently. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
