Employment Type:Full-Time | Direct HireSummary:Nesco Resource is seeking a skilledCNC Programmer &Operatorto join a growing manufacturing team in Victor, NY. This role is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts that meet precise specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong machining knowledge, programming experience, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a production environment.Pay Rate:$28.00 - $40.00/Hour (Based On Exp.)Shift:
Day Shift | Monday - Friday
Full-time | In-person
Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts per work order specifications
Study blueprints, drawings, and manuals to determine machining sequences and setup requirements
Program and edit CNC programs (MasterCam or Virtual Gibbs preferred)
Perform deburring of parts prior to next operations
Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections using metrology equipment
Record and report inspection results to the quality team
Maintain inventory of raw materials and tooling
Assist with shipping tasks including palletizing, labeling, and material movement
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve machining issues
Oversee and support CNC operators as needed
Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:Vocational training or Associate's degree in machining or related field preferred
3-5 years of CNC programming and operating experience
Experience with MasterCam or Virtual Gibbs strongly preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong understanding of tooling, fixtures, and work-holding methods
Ability to set tool lengths, offsets, and perform program edits
Strong math skills including basic algebra
Good communication and organizational skills
