Cannabis Construction/Maintenance/Grow Team Member

We are an OLCC licensed cannabis farm located in Central Oregon, and we are looking for detail-oriented professionals to join our Grow Team and to help with construction, maintenance, and painting. This position requires: + Attention to detail + Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours + Great attitude + Strong work ethic + Growing techniques + IPM knowledge + Willingness to learn + Respect for our techniques + Ability to lift 50lbs + Ability to give clear directions + Construction and building experience + Maintenance experience + Painting experience + 1-year cannabis harvesting/growing experience preferred (non-traditional work setting OK) + 1-year landscaping preferred Entry level Grow hand big leafing Cutting lower branches and leafs off plants Trellising Irrigating Transplanting Cloning Dump runs Drive truck with trailer to transfer plants from building to building Cleaning pots Cleaning grow tables Loading soil with forklift Loading nutrients with forklift Transfer nutrients from building to building Training plants through trellis Pressure washing grow rooms Changing grow lights Changing grow light fixtures Maintenance lead ability to lead 3-6 employees Understands how to install and diagnose light electrical issues Able to change lighting electrical whips Able to change electrical outlets Irrigation plumbing experience 1-2 years Able to operate scissor lift,forklift,truck and trailer Valid drivers license Understands basics of HVAC equipment and maintenance needed done Able to diagnose and repair HVAC Capable of using hand tools and power tools drill,skill saw, sawzall, table saw, hammer…. Experience welding. Basics needed Able to work 7am-5pm * 90 day probation where you assess exactly what they can and can’t do at entry point. Encourage them to let you know what they can’t do honestly, then ask detailed questions to gage their ability to learn. Make it super clear if they can learned prove efficient in the things via CLEAR set points of growth, If they don’t hit the markers, at 90 day meeting they will be let go. We are seeking individuals with verifiable experience in all stages of growing and harvesting cannabis, construction and maintenance. We have several months worth of current construction that needs to be led, and someone willing to move around in different areas of the grow helping the team and doing maintenance on our buildings. Don't have any cannabis experience? If you have a background working in landscaping or construction this could be a great start for getting your foot in the door. We are willing to consider training the right candidate with a strong drive and a proven track record of performing tasks with a positive attitude.
