Resolve critical issues with any client relationshipsParticipate in ongoing strategy meetings, with Restech or clients, as neededAttend Restech sponsored industry, charity, or educational eventsKeep up to date on industry related news and technologyUpdate all activities, time sheets, sales processes, opportunities within the platformDevelop relationships with Managed Service clients and prospectsMaintain relationships with clientsMaintain technology and selling skills as industry changesAttend all necessary company sponsored or third part sponsored training eventsAttend relevant project meetings, sales handoffs, etcDesign and/or present proposals, presentations, and necessary agreements for prospects and clientsCreate proposal, presentation and needed Visio drawings for prospects or client presentationsRequirements:Ability to perform public speaking and presentations on Restech products and servicesInterpersonal skills, such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-careAbility to multi-task and adapt to changes quicklyTechnical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriatelyUnderstanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT servicesTyping skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request detailsSelf-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environmentAbility to keep up on necessary ongoing industry related trainingAbility to create ConnectWise/ Salesforce sales and marketing tracksAbility to implement marketing strategy using ConnectWise/Salesforce sales tracksSolid knowledge of ConnectWise softwareSolid knowledge of CRM software, like Salesforce, Keap or similarSolid knowledge of Connectwise CPQ/Sell/Quosal Software
