You will own the full BC program lifecycle - BIAs, plan development, testing cycles, and crisis management response - while serving as the internal subject matter expert for senior leadership and cross-functional business partners. Cyber resiliency and ransomware preparedness are active focus areas at the senior leadership level, and the person stepping into this seat carries significant institutional influence across the enterprise. If you have hands-on BC program experience and can present credibly in a boardroom, this is a high-visibility role.Compensation: $140,000- $160,000 base + 15 % bonusLogistics: Nashville, TN | 4 days on-site per weekHere's What You'll Be DoingConduct Business Impact Assessments (BIA) and risk assessments across current and emerging business functionsDevelop, update, and facilitate testing cycles for Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) across strategic business units, documenting findings and driving gap remediationLead crisis management response activities including team training, plan updates, tabletop exercises, and live event responsePlan and facilitate ransomware and cyber resiliency tabletop scenarios for senior leadershipEngage C-suite and SBU leadership to secure buy-in on annual resiliency objectives and program timelinesManage dotted-line relationships with dedicated BC coordinators embedded across strategic business unitsLiaise with IT to ensure Disaster Recovery planning aligns with and supports critical business functionsPrepare and monitor program metrics for reporting to senior management and internal governance committeesSupport global regulatory compliance activities including DORA and other applicable frameworks in coordination with the compliance groupDrive BC awareness and training efforts across the organizationAnd What You Need To Have5+ years of hands-on Business Continuity and/or Emergency Management experience (3 years minimum considered)Demonstrated ownership of BIA execution, BCP development, and testing facilitationCyber resiliency and/or incident response experience, including ransomware tabletop scenario design and execution preferredKnowledge of ISO 22301, DRI standards, and applicable BC regulatory frameworksCBCP or MBCP certification preferredBA/BS in Emergency/Disaster Management, Business, Computer Science, or related fieldBackground in financial services, insurance, or Big 4 consulting preferredProven ability to present and operate credibly with C-suite and senior leadershipGlobal regulatory exposure (DORA experience a plus)No CTC or sponsorship at this time.
