Electronic Hardware Engineer

For over 20 years LER has been working with customers across North America to meet their engineering resource challenges.We have a position for an experienced EV wiring harness design engineer who has experience with PCB and electronic components changes.What you will be doing:Modifying current wiring harnessesDesign new wiring harnessesPCB changesDesign validationSupport manufacturing lineMaking low level modifications for diagnostics and troubleshootingHV distributionCommunicating to internal customers. Manage the work load and ensure deadlines are met and communicate to the various internal customers they are performing work with. Automotive design experience also acceptable. High and low voltagePower electronicsEVPCB changesGood communicator - written and verbalGreat collaboratorWhat you'll need to be successful:College, university, or equivalent associates or bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines is required. Creo Parametric CAD experienceCreo Schematics experienceWire harness design experience in the engine and/or heavy-duty equipment industry. Automotive design experience also acceptable.
