Sr. Quality Specialist
Job Title: Quality SpecialistJob DescriptionAs a Quality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality systems and processes. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Quality Department to address and resolve issues related to product quality and customer orders. Your responsibilities will include operating QA lab equipment for mechanical and dimensional testing, supporting technicians and engineers in product testing according to customer specifications, and conducting analytical testing as needed. You will be tasked with validating products and processes during the manufacturing of various customer orders. Additionally, you will work to understand and address customer complaints, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Hard SkillsBachelor or Associate Degree in Engineering or Quality is preferred but not required 3-5 years of quality engineering experience (PFMEA, Root cause analysis, CAPAs)Experience with post production inspection and testingValidation experience (IQ, OQ, PQ)Soft SkillsDetail-orientedStrong analytical skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentWork EnvironmentOnsite Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pmAbout ActalentActalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
