Barton Perreira is part of Thélios, the eyewear expert of the LVMH Group.SENIOR MANAGER, RETAIL PERFORMANCE AND OPERATIONSThe Senior Manager, Retail Performance and Operations is responsible for leading and managing the overall retail operations for Barton Perreira, driving commercial performance, elevating client experience, and strengthening brand presence across the retail network.This role combines strategic vision with operational leadership, translating brand objectives into impactful retail strategies while ensuring consistency, profitability, and excellence across all store locations. This role plays a critical role in developing high-performing teams, optimizing retail performance, and supporting the long-term growth and expansion of the business.Job ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Retail StrategyDefine and implement retail strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and market share across all store locations. Analyze market trends, client behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and performance optimization. Partner cross-functionally across departments and channels to ensure alignment of retail strategies with overall brand objectives. Identify opportunities for retail expansion, including new store openings and strategic market development. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, landlords, and partners to support retail performance and growth. Team Management & DevelopmentBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing retail team across all locations, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and client-centricity. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management to store leaders to support their growth and success. Drive talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies to ensure a strong leadership pipeline. Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment that promotes engagement and continuous improvement. Client Experience & Brand ExcellenceEnsure the highest level of client experience is consistently delivered across all retail locations, reflecting the brand’s luxury positioning. Implement and monitor clienteling strategies and feedback mechanisms to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Drive initiatives that elevate brand storytelling, personalization, and in-store experience. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to reinforce brand reputation and loyalty. Operational Excellence & ProfitabilityOversee all retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standards, to maximize efficiency and profitability. Monitor retail performance through KPIs, reporting, and analytics, implementing corrective actions where needed. Lead budgeting, sales forecasting, and cost control to ensure financial targets are achieved. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal control standards. Drive continuous improvement in retail processes, tools, and execution across the network. ProfilePROFILE 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury retail management, preferably within eyewear, jewelry, or high-end fashion. Proven track record of developing and executing successful retail strategies in a competitive luxury environment. Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated experience building, inspiring, and developing high-performing teams. Strong business acumen, including financial management, sales forecasting, and operational optimization. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for luxury retail and brand storytelling. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Flexibility to travel extensively and work evenings or weekends as business needs require.Additional InformationThe hiring range for this position ranges from $140,000-150,000.
