Our team takes pride in delivering exceptional custom solutions that meet the unique needs of our diverse clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Fairfield, OH. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of custom woodworking projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources; coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams; and ensuring quality standards are met throughout every stage of production. Additionally, the Project Manager will handle logistics and expediting to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials while addressing any challenges or delays proactively. This position will be responsible for overseeing a Project from estimating coststhrough completion. As a representative of our company, they facilitate all communication with the client to ensure customer satisfaction while monitoring costs.QualificationsStrong expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and resource managementExperience with Expeditor and Expediting tasks, ensuring the timely procurement and delivery of materialsProficiency in Inspection and adherence to quality assurance proceduresSkills in Logistics Management to oversee the movement and delivery of project materialsStrong communication and organizational abilitiesProblem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in the woodworking or construction industry is preferredProvide accurate material and labor costs from Architectural drawingsWork directly with the client to value engineer material and construction optionsCommunicate with Clients to obtain Project requirementsField verify all measurementsMake Field templates when necessaryCommunicate all details of the Project to Engineering and ProductionReview Shop drawingsProvide Submittals and Finish Samples to ClientManage the Project Schedule to ensure all dates are metManage Installation Subcontractors when requiredComplete all necessary forms and paperwork for billingJ-18808-Ljbffr
