Material Handler/MES Clerk (2nd Shift)

*Overview* RXL Inc is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented *Material Handler / MES Clerk* to support warehouse operations and production tracking. This role combines hands-on material handling with data entry responsibilities in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), ensuring accurate tracking of materials and jobs within the production process. *Key Responsibilities:* * Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products * Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production or shipment * Transport materials safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment * Maintain organized inventory and warehouse areas * Follow all safety guidelines and procedures * Enter and update data in the MES for jobs currently running in production * Record material usage and track job progress in the system * Verify accuracy of production and inventory data * Generate reports and assist with audits as needed * Communicate with production and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies *Qualifications* * Previous warehouse, material handling, or inventory experience * Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain * Experience with MES, ERP, or similar systems is a plus * Basic computer and data entry skills * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods * Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy within a fast paced environment * Good communication and teamwork skills Pay: $16.90 - $23.00 per hour Experience: * Material Handler: 3 years (Preferred) Language: * Spanish (Preferred) Shift availability: * Night Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
