GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB This position is responsible for the performance of all outside sales activities associated with selling our Luxury Curated Linen Collection. The CLC Regional Sales Consultant is a key driver of revenue growth for the business unit, and is on the front lines for selling our product and brand to prospects and customers. This position will develop and execute plans and strategies to exceed profitability goals with the responsibility of acquiring new business and growing the current customer base. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES What You’ll Do Drive revenue and build market presence across the East Coast, from Boston to Miami Cultivate and strengthen relationships with luxury event planners, designers, caterers, venues, and hospitality partners Host showroom appointments, design previews, and client walk-throughs Deliver a polished, consultative experience from first touch to event execution Utilize digital and physical design tools to convey luxury design concepts Attend industry events and proactively expand your network Manage pipeline, forecasts, and revenue goals with discipline and clarity What Sets You Apart 3–7+ years in luxury events, hospitality, design, or high-touch consultative sales Exceptional presenter with a natural ability to inspire clients and sell a vision Relationship-driven, organized, polished, and entrepreneurial Energized by travel, in-person connection, and building markets A brand ambassador with presence, design intuition, and impeccable follow-through Growth mindset: a strong desire to develop a brand and grow as part of a thriving business Skills & Competencies: Leadership & Coaching: Ability to guide and inspire the support team around you.
