Commercial Construction Estimator (Preconstruction)Greater Atlanta Area (office-based with flexibility)We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join a growing commercial construction team delivering hospitality, retail, and light industrial projects.This role works closely with leadership and plays a key part in pricing, planning, and securing upcoming work.ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid packagesReview drawings and specifications, identify scope gaps and risksSolicit and evaluate subcontractor bidsPerform bid leveling and pricing analysisSupport budgeting and conceptual estimating during preconstructionCollaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and competitive proposalsRequirements5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimatingExperience with hard bid, design-build, or CMAR projectsStrong understanding of construction drawings and specsExperience working with subcontractors and bid processesProficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or similarBackground working for a general contractor (not residential)Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $90,000 – $140,000+ , Depending on experiencePerformance-based bonusHealth, dental, and vision insurancePTO + holidays401(k) / retirement planGrowth into senior/preconstruction leadership rolesWork SetupOffice-based in the Atlanta areaSome hybrid flexibility depending on workflow and experience
