Position SummaryKumho Tire Georgia is seeking a Training Coordinator to support our learning and development (L&D) initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering employee training programs that enhance workforce skills, improve safety, and drive overall organizational performance. The ideal candidate has experience in training and development, instructional design, employee onboarding, and LMS administration, with strong communication and organizational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Needs AssessmentPartner with department leaders to identify training needs, skill gaps, and development opportunitiesSupport workforce planning through employee development programs and continuous learning initiativesProgram Development & Instructional DesignDevelop and maintain training materials, including presentations, job aids, and e-learning contentEnsure all content aligns with industry standards, compliance requirements, and company policiesUtilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiencesTraining Coordination & LogisticsSchedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programsManage training calendars, participant registration, and training resourcesCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of training activitiesTraining Delivery & FacilitationFacilitate instructor-led training, safety training, and employee onboarding sessionsSupport and develop internal trainers through Train-the-Trainer (T3) programsDeliver training in both classroom and hands-on manufacturing environmentsTraining Administration & ReportingTrack and maintain training records using Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as ADPPrepare reports on training effectiveness, completion rates, and employee performance metricsUse Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools to monitor and improve training outcomesQualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field preferredEquivalent experience in training and development or workforce training may be consideredExperienceExperience in training coordination, employee development, instructional design, or corporate trainingExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentSkills & CompetenciesStrong communication, presentation, and public speaking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and presentation toolsFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (e.g., ADP LMS)Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern training techniquesExcellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentPreferred SkillsExperience with video editing and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Synthesia)Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience managing training documentation and file systemsKnowledge of digital learning tools, e-learning platforms, and multimedia training content
