Job Description & Requirements Unique Family Medicine Role - function as an allergist. StartDate: ASAP. Available shifts: M-F 8-5. Pay rate: $225,000 - $400,000. Responsibilities Function as an allergist within a large independent specialty group. Maintain a fully functioning allergy clinic, outpatient only (no nights, no weekends). Manage patient volumes of 10-15 per day, including shot / biologic patient oversight. Work within a fully integrated team setup. Qualifications No prior allergy & immunology experience required; training provided. Benefits & Compensation Incoming candidate can expect: Up to $225k base + % of net profit + revenue incentive. Earning potential by year 5: $400k+ 10k relocation allowance. 15 PTO days + 5 days for CME (annual $3,500). Community Highlights Beaches, parks, water sports, and wildlife galore.
