The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage activities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and carriers, overseeing dispatch operations, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes handling account management tasks to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications Experience in Freight Brokerage and general Brokerage activitiesStrong Customer Service and relationship-building skillsDispatching experience and the ability to coordinate logistic operations effectivelyProficiency in Account Management to ensure quality and client satisfactionExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented on-site environmentFamiliarity with logistics software and tools is a plusPrevious experience in the logistics and transportation industry is preferred
